What we cover

Everything a commercial property needs, from one company

Most property managers are juggling a mowing company, an irrigation guy, a snow contractor and somebody for the odd job. We do all of it, on one schedule, so the property looks the same in July as it does in December.

Crew mowing a large commercial lawn with a riding mower

Weekly and monthly site visits

A scheduled crew on your property every week through the growing season, or monthly if that fits the budget. Mowing, string trimming, edging, blowing down walks and lots, and a walk of the grounds so small problems get caught before a tenant calls you about them.

Healthy irrigated turf on a maintained property

Irrigation service and management

Spring start-ups, head adjustments and repairs through the season, controller programming around Norwood and Dedham-Westwood water restrictions, and fall blowouts before the first hard freeze. You get one call when a zone fails, not three vendors pointing at each other.

Crew maintaining planting beds at a commercial property

Fine gardening and bed care

Detail work that separates a cared-for property from a mowed one: hand weeding, deadheading, seasonal color rotations, shrub pruning on the right calendar, edge definition and mulch refresh so beds hold their line all year.

Leaf loader truck removing fall leaves from a property

Seasonal clean-ups

Spring wake-up and full fall leaf programs with multiple passes through November, hauled off-site so nothing sits in your dumpster corral. Gutter lines, catch basins and lot corners cleared before the first storm.

Plow truck clearing snow at a commercial entrance

Snow and ice removal

Plowing, sidewalk crews, hand shoveling at entries, and salt and sand on lots and walks. Per-storm or seasonal contracts, with service triggers written down so nobody is guessing at 4 AM whether the lot gets pushed.

Clean paver walkway and parking area at a property entrance

Parking lot and hardscape cleaning

Spring sweeping to pull winter sand and salt off the pavement, litter and debris policing on visit days, blowing curb lines and islands, and cleaning walkways, patios and entryways so the first thing a customer sees is clean.

Excavator building a retaining wall on a property

Property enhancements

The upgrades that lift curb appeal and tenant retention: new plantings and bed builds, walkway and patio work, retaining walls, drainage and grading corrections, sod and lawn renovation, and machine work with an excavator or skid steer when the job is bigger than shovels.

Dump truck unloading bulk landscaping material

Bulk material and hauling

Mulch, loam, stone and compost delivered and installed by our own trucks, plus debris hauling so a project does not leave a pile behind for your staff to deal with.

Why managers switch

Fewer vendors, fewer phone calls, a property that holds up

01

One contract, one invoice

Mowing, beds, irrigation, clean-ups, lot cleaning and snow all sit on one agreement with one point of contact. No stitching four vendors together and no gaps where a job belonged to nobody.

02

You reach the owner

Jonathan Green answers the phone at (508) 254-7334. Fifteen years in the business, based in Norwood, and close enough to be on your property the same day when something goes wrong.

03

A tight service route

We work five towns on purpose. Short drive times mean crews show up on schedule, storms get covered, and an extra request between visits is usually doable.

04

Written scope and set pricing

You get a documented scope, a visit schedule and a monthly number before we start, so budgets are predictable and nobody is surprised by an invoice.

Getting started

How a commercial account starts

1

Walk the property

We meet on site, measure turf and bed areas, note irrigation zones, lot square footage, snow staging and problem spots.

2

Get a written proposal

A line-by-line scope with visit frequency, what is included each month, and separate pricing for snow and enhancement work.

3

Crews start on schedule

Same crew, same day each week, with photos and notes when something needs your approval.

Questions

Commercial questions we get asked

Do you handle both landscaping and snow removal on one contract?
Yes. That is the point of the program. Grounds maintenance runs March through November and snow and ice service picks up December through February, all on one agreement with one invoice and one contact.
What areas do you serve for commercial properties?
Norwood, Westwood, Walpole, Medfield and Dedham, Massachusetts, plus properties just over those lines. Keeping the route tight is how we hold to schedule.
How is commercial work priced?
Grounds maintenance is quoted as a flat monthly or seasonal number based on turf and bed area, visit frequency and detail level. Snow is priced per storm or as a seasonal contract. Enhancements are quoted per project.
How often will crews be on our property?
Most commercial properties run weekly during the growing season. Some sites do every other week or monthly detail visits. We build the schedule around how the property is used and what the budget allows.
Are you insured for commercial work?
Yes. We carry liability and workers compensation coverage and can send certificates directly to your property manager or insurer before work begins.
Can you take over mid-season from another company?
Often, yes. We walk the property, note what has been missed, and get it back to standard on the first few visits before settling into the regular schedule.
